6.1 Subscription Models We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing details are available on our website.
6.2 Free Trial We offer a 14-day free trial period. At the end of the free trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
6.3 Payment Payment must be made using an approved payment method. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
6.4 Refunds We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees paid. All sales are final.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Our Intellectual Property The Service and its original content (excluding content generated by users through the AI), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
7.2 User-Generated Content You retain ownership of any content generated by the AI when you input prompts. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8.1 Permitted Uses You may use the Service only for legal purposes and in a way that benefits society.
8.2 Prohibited Uses You shall not use the Service:

• If the dispute cannot be resolved through discussions within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to arbitration at a court in Kerala, Kochi.
